Another ride is being planned at the Talley Cabin in Southern ILL. For anyone that wants to come and ride your welcome. Here is a link to the first ride which has plenty of details. Cabin ride (http://www.x-h2o.com/showthread.php?t=5662)
I got clearance on the cabin ride. Ya'all Just pick the date. I have heard the 15-17th or the weekend of the 22-24th The 11th is The little mans birthday so that weekend is booked. But any other is ok as long as I know when...LOL I guess I would know...
You guys tell me when you want to come down. I just need a few days notice so that I can ask off work. We are starting to winterise some things at the cabin but it will be open for our enjoyment untill I am done with it. So when ever. If you have any question or need any info PM me.

At our little party over the weekend we have the entire trip planned. We were thinking the 15th through 17th would be a good weekend. What do you think?

I hand turn the spare engine which is sitting on the work bench ww/ new pistons, wondering when I can use it this year, and at last I broke something! -not the engine the dry pipe- the only thing still under warranty! The weld split by the frt. coupler and filled the ski w/ water. Thanks to yo yo we removed the pipe on the boat ramp Tue. in record time. Mybe I should put the crank in the 550 and let katie ride it so she can see what she passed over in her learning curve! Thats 2 weeks on shipping and benchtime at ffP.

He looks a bit addled on the water-sofa. "Where are the footholds? How the heck am I gonna barrelroll?" Hey Lou, did you hear him yell "weeeeeeeeeeee" when he hit the throttle? Just kidding, John ole buddy.:haha: JR, I'm not really sure I'll make this cabin trip. Brian and Carl were discussing it and they may come down Saturday just to hang. Carl was asking about the fishing. Hold my pantry reservation for another day or so, Ill get back to ya! -T

There is no reason to just come down to "hang" they might as well bring the skis and just make it a day trip. And YOU have open reservations so you are always welcome. The fishing on the lake is great. If the bluegill are biting it is one of the best lakes in southern Ill. If your into the catch and release then what a great time they will keep you busy. And call them and let them know that there is a boat that they can use to fish from heck that would make Ron happy to have a fishing buddy he knows the spots.

Do you think this might be a good time to install the 2nd bilge pump since you have that motor out? If you went ot walmart and got 2 1100 GPH attwood pumps and a couple fittings from Westmarine and a cheap $5 water proof switch. Then you coulde turn thoes things so you know that they are woeking instead of that automatic thingy and then you might not have to buy another $300 crank....
O and what about some hood modifications so that there is no water inlet on the front of the hood? That might help with the water problem you seem to have.
Either way I am glad you will be able to make it with a running ski:woot:

Wet box doesn't know that he will be switching to an SJ next year when I buy his SXR off him for Dalton and Dallas so they can race next year. There is a 10 year old class and Dalt man in hyped to race. John leave that ski stock so I don't have to put it back for stock class and start treating it a little nicer for me please!
We will be at the cabin tonight around 8:00 ish.
WooHoo Great glad to hear YoYo or is it ChoCho will make it. Time for a schooling to get him inverted John does it.
