At the beginning of this summer my neighbor gave me a free '90 kawi SX550. I decided I needed more power, so I put in a westcoast pipe and manifold, jetsport intake manifold, and a new 44 BN carb. It never ran quite like it should, so i ordered a SuperBN carb with bigger jet sizes because it felt like it just couldnt get enough fule. I FINALLY got my carb in yesterday w/spacers, bolted it on w/ new flame arrestor. It should finally run well. only thing left to do it get longer fule lines so the can reach the new carb. Last night in a big storm my jetski ramp slid out and beat the hull to ******** on the rocks. Big holes, the size of baseballs. I never even got to ride it.....the new ride plate is still in the mail, should be here tomorrow. Anyways, I'm parting out a '90 kawi SX550, I have all the stock parts and aftermarket. Engine is very low hours, looks new. I guess some good can come out of this because I need money for my truck payments haha.
