I bought a bed plate from Rags on 10/29/09 and have yet to have seen it. He has lots of excuses but I should have seen this by now. UPS supposedly cant deliver it to my address he said but I send and receive parts from here every day. He said he was waiting to receive it back from ups. He will not provide a tracking # and will no longer answer my PMs. Just looking to get this resolved.....

I'm a friend of his, lived in his town for years, know him well. He told me about this deal last week, said UPS had returned this to him twice, and he had been out shipping costs twice now. Says it comes back undeliverable. I'm sure this is just a mis-understanding. If he says UPS is having issues delivering it, then thats what the deal is.
ok here is the deal, i have not lied to you in the slightest so don't just start out at im making excuses and not returning pms. i have returned all of them and i have done my best to get you this package and ups will not deliver it apparently. it has been returned to me both times i tried to send it. i asked you for another address after the first time, or the address to your local ups store and you never sent me either, i asked for a phone number and you never sent that. my plan after the first round was to send it to the local store so that i could be sure it got to as soon as possible. i understand you needed it for daytona and ive been at that point the last 2 years, hell last year my boy was building his ski in the back of a van while i drove there so i do sympathize.
I also didnt know about your last pm (with number) until my friend told me on the phone about this thread tonight. Since Saturday night I have been mostly living in a hospital as my mother is critically ill. im sorry, but this bedplate is the last thing I am worried about right now. It is in my truck and I planned on shipping it again monday, usps this time, but my family will always come first.
So let me break it down. I now have 2 shipping charges at 13.00 dollars each. 4 trips to the shipping store and it is 14 miles from my house. 2 to ship and 2 to go pick it up. From you I got little to no cooperation to fix the problem, I tried to send it to another address (home) or to your local store and your phone number so they could call you when it arrived and from you I got neither. Just a “man they come here all the time send it again”. I understand they deliver to you all the time, I have also shipped dozens and dozens of packages from this store with no issue. So im not sure what the problems was and I never got an answer other then its a un-deliverable address. So the simplest solution was to send it somewhere else, but you where not willing to do that. This is the only reason its not in your ski now.
The last pm I received was 12-16-2009, 06:28 PM with your number and a “lets get this resolved”.
Negative thread started at 12-16-2009, 06:37 PM I think this thread was a bit premature.
I have bought and sold on these boards plenty and this is my first issue, I would have appreciated the chance to call you before this happened and get it straightened out. Since you wanted to go this route I will offer you your payment price of 65.00 minus one shipping charge 13.00. or I will send you your part when my life gets back to normal and my mother is out of the hospital.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you, I try hard to be a good seller and give any board member a good deal on parts that I don't need, just to help the community and to pass along the generosity I have received here. I want to get this resolved quickly so if you choose to PM me your PP addy and I will send you the money as soon as I get a chance to get back online.

I sent you 2 pms before the last and they were never answered. I also told you that it would be fine to send it to my local store. You did not ask me for the address nor did you tell me you were trying it again. I asked repeatedly for a tracking # and was never provided one. Last I heard you were waiting for it to be returned from the first time. If you want to send it to my UPS store this time I can give you the address. I also provided you with my number and asked you to call before the last pm. At this point if you are coming to the freeride bring it with you, problem solved. Im not trying to make you out as a bad seller I just want my part. I dont know you personally and have never dealt with you before so how am I to know I wont get screwed? Once again please call me if there are any questions. The number is at the bottom of this post.
