The Pop-Up is more of a Whitney than a Britney at this point, but I'm giving her some love today. It's a 1975 Apache Royale! Ha! It's got hard sides, avacado based colors, and parts of the floorboards are just a little crunchy.... but I love this thing! It's got a gas stove, AC, electric, AC, a fridgifreezer, AC, a sink, AC, bench seating for the kitchen table (which becomes a 3rd bed) AC, and it can sleep 6! And did I mention it has AC?!

The previous owner held back tears as we drove away.... his wife just counted her cash and cackled a little. :biggthumpup:

I think it was a steal. I think hubby is not quite as sure. I'll get before and after pics and offer it to Darin for the Custom of the Month :biggrin:

You should check out the Caluso cove camp ground in Largo. I think the rates are very reasonable and you can lauch and dock next to your skis. It's unfortunate that the American Outdoors Campground closed their doors last april cause it was the best place anywhere to camp in the keys.

No worries, run home find the problem, run to sawgrass ford get the part, run home fix the problem and get cleaned up for my trip to BMs.:Banane01:

Wait, I'm promptly reminded that I'm supposed to go look at a bedroom suite for my dughters room, since she is going to be 7' tall and has already grown out of her current sleeping arrangements.:banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Still not a problem, I have a spare electrical box at home with a solenoid in it, so all I have to do is rob Peter to pay Paul and I'm still rididng tomorrow.:biggthumpup:

The down side is I will not be riding tomorrow :frown: , but I will be reinforcing so I can get this damn RN finished for a :bananalama:

Trim tube in and sealed up, engine mounts installed, battery tray installed, and all bilge fittings installed...

It took a while to install all the hull fittings, as i had to cut each bolt and chase the thread on all hull inserts.:frown:

for some reason the hull inserts on this 2006 hull are more shallow than the square I took them off...

It will definitely be done by x-mas...:woot:
