This is just a little thread to give Pancaker some props for last years Jersey Rager and the help he gave Nick on the Daytona Ride.

Absolutely the two coolest freeride events I have ever been too...(been to a lot) I have actually dreamt about going to rides that cool for years and Pete made them happen... I'll bet it was the first Ocean Freeriding for tons of riders....:woot:

If he needs a break from the site and the drama and planning freeride events... he deserves it. Here's a little :hail::cheer: and :arms: for the Caker.

last year was the first time i had been to the ocean since i was like 6. The first day was pretty impressive but pete helped me out and made sure i wasnt going to kill myself. Pete is a great guy and i hope he comes back to put on such a great event. I am REALLY looking forward to going back there again.

This is second only to Lanier Event for me it's home turf baby! Pete put blood sweat and beers into making it happen last year and that will be hard to top. Even if this year is just a group showing up to play in the waves I am all for it. We don't need the extra stuff like an organized bar party freebies etc. We meet at the beach ride all day then everyone can cram into my tiny yard to drink BBQ and what not. All I ask is respect the neighbors and flush the toilet if you POOOOH! Isn't that what these events are all about...hanging out having fun. Pete take a rest this year, tend to the HOneydollabill wife of yours and relax a little.....and Bring back my King Kong DVD burglar LOL J/k man.

Pete, if I was local, I would pick up the reigns! Where are the Jersey guys? If it still goes on, you better be there at least to ride and for a brewski!

I'm pretty sure everything will still go as planned!! I believe Pete will still be involved with it, and we have plenty of local guys here to keep it rolling!!

Well the date is set, all that needs to be done is get in touch with the hotel and find out about a good rate, talk to the bar to see if we can set something up like last year. And get some quads and totes for moving skis to the water and back. Shirts would be cool too.

I would be more than happy to lend a hand also. I am still working on getting a ski for the rager but never the less I will still help if needed. Let me know what I can do.

If you dont have a ski ready by then, your more than welcome to use mine. Its a square though, but I think you'll like it.

I really appriciate the offer but I am not sure I would be comfortable borrowing a ski.

My old ski was a square so that wouldn't make a difference.

Thanks for the offer:biggthumpup:
