I Pay 8 monts ago for a b pipe never received . Also never received a track number, for 3 months i had been sending several mails no replay

3 monts ago i found him he told me that someone stole his paypal username and password and the other guy stole my money
and bla bla bla he told me that he will send my money back but since then still not replay to my messages

Im going to end up giving you a refund I just dont have the money right now and it's too late to file an insurance claim, as you know the economy here in the states is very bad and I work in construction which has been hit very hard . Im trying to sell this cylinder and some other parts I have to cover your claim.

in your email you said that you sold a lot of b pipe and you don't remember our transaction
and when i send you the paypal account transaction number you told me that someone stole you paypal money and you lose a lot of money + that i had send you 100 mails in your mail but never received an anwser
