went to the doctor the day before my birthday hopin to be cleared but as my my luck would have it,no such luck. so im lookin for a second opinion. unfortunetly i need to get off my toys so i have a little coushin to help pay bills.

any advise would be much appriciated

a second opinion like you're already doing and then a third or fourth! Whatever it takes so you don't have to get cut on (last resort). I wouldn't be adverse to alternative medicine either.... good luck to you.

ive had a hurt back since 97--dont get surgery,its only a 50/50 chance --the best thing you can do is figure out what your doing to hurt it and dont do that for awhile --ice it at night before bed and stretch it out when you take a shower in the morning---make sure you dont lift any jetskis !!!!!!people dont realize how bad that can mess up your back--your back can get better but it may take 5 years --all the stuff ive told you came strait out of the mouth of a really good surgeon---ive managed to make it this far--but i had to listen to my body and pay attention to the things i do----GOOD LUCK AND I HOPE YOUR BACK GETS BETTER----JFB
