Made some more improvements to the octane
Removed and replaced foam, scupper, and new turf

the scary part...
Put new bearings and seals in the driveshaft bearing assembly after started to leak water into the hull. Noticed not much foam was in the front part of the tray near the bulkhead. This probably contributed to the heavy feel on the ski when the bearing seal assembly started to go.

Shot of what the foam looked like. I personally don't recommend cutting your tray and re foaming unless you feel like doing a lot of work. Drain plugs in the back of the hull or possible firewall would be much easier / cheaper. They wouldn't get all of the water but allow some to drain.
