What do you mean by drill the water box.

Get a long metal bit, and drill 6 holes through the (2) OUTLET baffles. Makes it flow great with very little extra noise. Is it direct steer?

This is a 94-95 x2 water box but you get the idea. You need the lone drill because there are 2 plates you need to drill. Make sure you see how long the drill is to the water box so you dont drill out the other side.

I have a Factory Pipe for sale $200 shipped, great shape, just needs new silicone hose.
Also a TDR waterbox you could have for $70 shipped.
And also a Westcoast manifold with Mikuni 44 for 140 shipped.
Also have a R@D intake grate. $45 shipped
All in great shape, from everything I gather these are about the best mods you can do to a 650 kaw.
Who needs steering when you can have BRAP! lol

Got any pics of the pipe and also do you have the head pipe. This should bolt right up to a 650 exhaust manifold correct.Might also be interested in the carb and manifold. won't have to ship anything I'll drive down and pick the stuff up and take a look at your other stuff.

I know it sounds like a big deal to chop the ski but trust me it's real easy and the best thing you can do for these skis. I made a post on pwctoday on how easy it is. It's only a 15 min job and it makes the X2 turn on a dime and ride so much nicer.
