old school (bus) **with new pic**

I recently had to do a nose repair. on my 550. as with ALL my repairs, I couldnt leave well enough alone I had to do more. I hated the color of the ski when I got it, so I figured "some day" I'd paint it. it also needed ne turk, I hated the jet trim mat that was in it. so what shoul have been a simple " repair the nose so I could hit the lake, turned into: "maybe I'll do the turf while I'm waiting for the epoxy to cure". then as I get it ready to turf I realize I dont wanna returf with out painting this ugly SOB. so out come the sand paper and paint supplies (which were readily accessable since I'm currently prepping the couch).

after shooting the first coat, My G/F immediately remarked "It looks like a School bus". then I was inspired. I may have a stop sing sticker made for one side and do just that. :haha:

so far this is my idea and lay out. (PS'd of course)

Very cool !! You need to get some vinyl made up. For the rear "This vehicle stops at all couch crossings"

For the hood you need a bus number and then some vinyl with "Total passenger occupancy 1"(or something to that effect, it has been WAY long since I have been on a school bus, so I can't remember the wording)

On the hood, you could paint/airbrush it like windows with kids looking out.

I'm getting the Kawi sticker for the gunnel made and not sure about the hood.

I thought of making it LOOK like a bus... but I think it's be funny for about 5 seconds then I'd feel like a goon ( scratch that.... BIGGER goon). so now I'm not sure.
