Trim mod. On X2

Was playing with the idea of either cutting off the tab which limits up-movement, on the pump nossel or should i flip the nossel 180 degrees?? Do people do this?? Does it provide an improvment for surf riding? Just a thought while my pump was out..

I think they flip it over. Not positive. Haven't done it.

cut the tab, clearance the steering cone to clear the pivot points, adjust the trim to be at 0 when it is almost all the way down, do the lever conversion,and wait for my trim mechanism to go in to production.

get or make the qiuck steer conversion

I just cut the tab on mine and ran the freestyle trim that x2guy was selling. works really good. I have the back of my ski cut 2" and my nozzle still hits the top.

I always thought the tab was for the self circling function. My old Kawie 650 SX had it as well and they do not have trim on them from the factory.

Yeah But my SX has the tab and they dont have trim, also you can get the same movement from flipping the x2 trim upside down, but then this limits down trim, but how often do u trim down?
