This is definately the closest hotel to the beach and is cheaper than staying in downtown Cleveland. Matt and my brother (Jeff, "MicMacMoe") have both offered their backyards as ski storage, so that shouldn't be a problem. (2 minutes from beach).

They won't offer a discount unless I can guarantee 5 rooms...(same with everywhere I called).

If you do want to stay in a nicer place, downtown Cleveland is only 5 minutes from the boat ramps.


I am also offering up my place to whoever asks to stay there first... I have a good couch and an inflateable mattress.

The coolest one downtown IMO is Holiday Inn Lakeside (close to water, Rock Hall, mall and ramps).

Days inn is booked, so is travelodge in lakewood. Is there anything else right there?
I dont want to go down town..How is westlake area?

Downtown is actually very close (2 miles) and easy to stay at... The Holiday Inn has an indoor parking garage or we can store your ski. Westlake is about 20 minutes away, but a very nice suburb. :arms:

We are planning on going out downtown at night at the Garage Bar.
