I have a 94 blaster and just got a coffmans signature pipe But i have no idea what to do with the cooling lines? any help would be great!

single cooled, everything is stock just got the pipe. the pipe has a down draft exh manifold, the pipe is dark purple in color. thanks for the help

ok, but the pipe i have looks like a factory dry pipe, but its a coffmans.
the water line from the pump goes to the manifold then out the top of the head then to the bottom of the pipe? there is a brass 90 in the top of the pipe that is facing to the rear of the ski and its only 1/4 inch, not sure what that is. there is also a 90 brass thats half way down toward the stinger and that looks like it goes to the stinger? whats your thoughts?
