I don't think you're going to get that high with a monkey on a stock boat. I'm sure that ski is plenty brapped out to be able to get him up off the water like that..

Im 100% sure that it isnt stock on the inside but you would be surprised what a stock fx feels like. based on the posts you have made, you are a old school 550 guy. if you love the way a 550 feels, get a fx. i clicked on the thread thinking i was gonna see an FX as bad as Bonzai bobs or Frankenstein or son of Frankenstein. but it appears to be a "stock" looking fx with some graphics

No, I believe that is Douglas Carvello (SP!) from Brazil. Late 90's I believe.

What does a different pole do? Are the lighter? Do they change the rate of steering or have some other handling benefit?

Can I put in a different spring in the stock pole so it's easier to hold up? I've heard that helps to give less back problems from the repetitive motions of holding up the pole on a stand up.
