Long story short, I bought a rideplate from this guy but I never received it. His Ebay auction ended with no bids so I emailed him an offer. He took the offer and I payed thru Paypal. Now consequently I can not leave negative feedback on him. Filed a claim with Paypal but I guess the guy closed his account so the funds could not be recovered.
All the negative feedback was left on him after my transaction with him which was in the beginning of December 2007. I guess I'm not the only one he bailed on.

Given his eBay history, my guess is either he was incarcerated or had all of his assets seized - or both.

I wouldn't say he set out to rip people off because he's selling stuff for $5 to $20. Anything could have happened.:deal:
