New Comp. no boot need help

I just finished building new desktop to replace my old one, the specs are:
MSI X58 platinum mobo
6 gigs ocz ddr3 ram
ocz 700 watt PS
intel i7-920 cpu
seagate barracuda HDD
oem HDD from old pc
nvidia gforce 9800 gtx GPU

The issue: I cannot get the bios screen to boot, I dont know what the reason could be, could it be the GPU?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Fixed, sata cables not in right order for raid
