sxr/x-metal handle pole bracket

Just need to know if x-metal style bracket will work on my sxr,if so how do the hood brackets attach?Please advise pictures if you have them thank-you.

your in my boat.... i bought the whole setup for the superjet... the bracket will work fine but im still pondering on the hood hinge setup... maybe something like a 750 sxi has on there hood hook???? you got any ideas

What's up sick? I think im taking the easy way out and buying the XMetal that fits the sxr. Im sure theres a way to fab up a bracket, i just dont have the best metal fabbing capabilities, but i think your idea of the sxi hood hook would probably work. Just out of time and looking for something bolt on. P.S. question on the conversion to superjet pole. What brackets or steering cable mods are needed, besides the turn plate?

For the X-Metal you need a Turnplate, UMI steering kit, bars.

Mine came with the bushings. Your gonna have to take out some parts on your stock bracket.

Thanks Korn!Been waiting to do this mod for a long time,just trying to put the peices together.Right now I'm rockin an A.C. pole about -3.5,but its big and bulky.Thanks for your help,I'm trying to find a used x-metal.But if I cant I'm going new.

korn,whats up!mentioned something about removing parts off your stock crown? what parts ,pole stops or flippy thing to keep pole up, rubber peice in front?im the kind of guy that as soon as ups hits my door step that biatch is going in!
