The year was 1990 - in a garage in Encinitas, California: Board stiff with a broken elbow ( a result of trying to be a professional MotoX racer) and not knowing what I was getting into, I decided to paint myself a custom helmet. Four to five months later there were 80 helmets in the garage. Back then I never imagined that fifteen years later I would be here, and having the privilege of painting helmets for factory riders like Billy Laninovich, Grant Langston, Sean Hamblin, Jason Lawrence, Ezra Lusk and countless others.
