How Do I Replace B Pipe Tuning Screws?

Got a like-new B pipe limited in a Blaster, at least one screw is frozen. How do I replace them, where do I get the parts, what do they cost, etc etc.
I need help!

you can get the screws from factory pipe, or any hot products dealer. i've usually been able to get them out with vice grips. the few times that's failed, i've drilled them out.
