i used fiberlay foam when i refoamed my ski. it wasnt very consistent in expansion rates and foam density. the smaller pour you made the heavier and finer the foam. i mixed 100g of each part a pour and after sanding you can see and feel inconcincency. the foam is also a sponge if the outer shell is broken, it will suck up about 1/3 its size in water. i totally oversealed everything so it wouldnt be a problem. i also reinforeced the hull like my engine compartment. i cut out all the extra green glue, filled the bondline, used carbon fiber and biaxial cloth around the exaust hole and bondline, biaxial on the sides, filled the chines, reinforced the pump cavity above the pump shoe, and around the intake mounting area. the hull is SOLID and doesnt weigh a ton.
