I am looking for the 750 PV cylinders that the factory teams used to run.
Anybody got any leads?

Have you tried JSU? I heard they build Mac a 10mm stroker with power valves
I little bird told me that Racers Edge (Dan Lamey) also had a few a while back.
Get ready to spend some major bucks.

At one time John at speedwerx had one, don't know if he still does.

Man I would love to have a PV 800 SXR Cylinder! Also some liquid cooled cases or intake traks would bekick a$$. Didn't a Sea Doo or Polaris have cooled cases?

So does the cooled cases help power? I alwasy head cooler air makes more hp because you hvae a denser more oxygen molecules per volume than heated air.

I have seen the Ultra/STXR/Yamaha PV engines before and I always thought that it wasn't a good design to have the exhaust right by the varbs like that.

Any opinions?

PS A PV 800 SXR engine bored and stroked in my X2 would be sick!

the cooled cases help the power stay there
as you race a engine it get hottoer and hotter and thus the power drops off
the colder cases keep the crank cases cooler and thus the mixture more dense
