I have the usual mods on the RN superjet(b-pipe,ada,vf2,enhancer,stock carbs and a porting job on the cyl...lpw)

What's the best freestyle choice of carbs of this:stock d38, d44 or d46 ?

from what i understand the dual 38's would prob be your best bet. If your really serious you can always go aftermarket duals or single

There's a similar thread going on in the tech. query part of www.dalushionfwx.co.nz (http://www.dalushionfwx.co.nz) (Kiwi freeride site).

WAX seems to be leaning toward dual 46's for surf. Check it out.

if you do a search, there are quite a few threads discussing single vs dual and which duals are the best.

here is one http://www.x-h2o.com/showthread.php?t=23760&highlight=dual+freeride+carbs

Here is the ultimate single setup:
-ATP manifold
-48mm Freestyle Novi
-Stock reed cages
-Boyesen stuffers

This is what I run and it hits pretty hard.

I always liked my dual 46 setup, it hit hard but the Full Spec dual 48s run cleaner than the 46s. If you get the duals tuned right they will make more power, the argument is that one big single is easier to tune, but I have always favored the duals.
