on monday on the way from cleveland we rode with xeon in crystal beach i did not see to much water coming from pisser, when i brought it home my line was full of zebra mussells, so make sure you do a good job of flushing i flushed all 3 skis that i brought and each had shell like stuff come from each ski,

I have checked two dual cooling skis so far and both were either partially or completely clogged................(in both lines)
I would suggest everyone checks their stuff, whether they had issues or not. Amazing how much stuff blew out of those lines!

i have been using a pump strainer in my ski for a couple years now and it seriously ended all my cooling system issues.before i installed it i was regularly getting clogs/restictions all over the place.
i couldnt be happyer with that little gadget.another cool thing is that it gives you easy access to clear a pump clog

I just ordered 2 bowl strainers from mcmaster today, same as what I used to run with my Speedwerx dry pipe. I won't be having any problems like that again hopefully.
In case anyone needs one, they're only $7.60 each, then get some 3/8" hose--1/4" pipe barbed fittings to hook them up, $25 later you're all set.

I got the 40x36 mesh this time around, I think last time I used 20x20 and wanted something finer.

These do work like a charm. I'm putting one back on mine! I used an air compressor to blow out my lines. Works great.

This is what I got a couple weeks ago. Just wish I wouldn't have uninstalled 2 days before Cleveland :banghead: I'm putting it back in today...

Just got my strainers and new o-rings from mcmaster.
I got the 40x36 mesh screen, the 50x50 would work well also.
