just started getting it when i try and log into my yahoo email account
You might want to check to make sure you didn't get any Browser Helpers/Hijackers installed on your PC. On your IE menu bar select Tools > Manage Add-ons. You can disables funky looking ones that seem suspicious, close IE and retry what you did.

im using firefox and it only happens when i try to acess my yahoo mail

They are still working out the bugs. It did'nt even have an attachment! If you just looked at it you're f'ed!

i dunno..... i dont think it was a virus just because it oly came up when i used MY YAHOO E-MAIL ACCOUNT..... i stress that because i even tested going to other web sites (no problems) and the yahoo home page
(no problems)....... but it has since stopped............ then again now that i think of it.......... i never shut my computer off pretty much and this morning when i got down to my desk my computer is waiting for me to log on like it reset itself..............hhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmm

It was a virus on Yahoo's side. A really nasty one too! You (and me) were seeing the results of Yahoo being infected server side.
