Joined a gym in march, been doing spin class 3 days a week since..

i dropped 16 lbs since in 4 months.. not to bad, but i feel i get a much better workout than running the treadmill..

id recommend it to anyone looking to try.. not to mention most of the instructors are women and in incredible shape !

If I was single I would, for damn sure.

Slick, don't know if you do or not, but if you throw some weight training in your routine, you will lose even more weight at a much faster clip. I actually shed weight easier through weight training than through cardio/aerobic stuff.

im allready jacked as it is !!! LOL ...:beerchug:

actually been hitting the weights for years and will burn off weight as well but its gets offset by the muscle buildup ( weight)..

anyhow, goals was to drop weight, period.. gonna keep at it and see where i end up at the end of the year....

end up going to spin as an alternative at first, as i fractured my foot jumping off waves at hampton (octobeR). Back in march, the foot was still healing and the treadmill would aggravate it.

Sorry Ahnold, I had no idea you were already sporting a six pack and 22" pythons. My apologies.

I guess there is no need to 'pump you up'.

its only in a few Beta sites right now, but will start heading to most gyms this Feb

We designed and engineered it here at our facility and built the 1st 250 test units
