Need a SuperJet Tuner

I live in North Florida.

I'm looking for someone to tune my 01' SuperJet.

I'm having Carb issues (I think). When I first start the ski, it sounds like I dropped a cylinder. After I get it going it bogs in the mid range.

Can anyone refer me to a tuner?
