He wants to put the foam in and then carve footholds out of it. Then start putting the glass over the foam. Damn, I'm glad my ski is done.

I removed every last bit of foam from my ski /w a wire brush on a die grinder and it took me about a half hour

Ahh I did not know who MicMacMoe was...........it all makes perfect sense now :haha: Sweet deal. :biggthumpup: Can't wait to see what he has planned for that project.

That last one was the side exhaust... the scupper will goe out the other side the same way.

there is no putting the tray back together, thats going to need a new tray. keep the updates coming. I want see haw this all plays out.

Work has taken all MicMac's time. We have just restarted the project. It will be up and running this summer. More pics to come soon.

I do not care for the 90 deg bends in the exhaust. How is he connecting the ss. tube to the hull?

There will be a flat plate welded to it on the outside of the hull. (probably in the shape of flames)

I like the paint! Kinda reminds me of a carolina skiff or one of those spinny art things that the ink spins out of the center when the thing spins around.
