He wants to put the foam in and then carve footholds out of it. Then start putting the glass over the foam. Damn, I'm glad my ski is done.

the worst is over ( getting motivated to get started),

I removed every last bit of foam from my ski /w a wire brush on a die grinder and it took me about a half hour

Ahh I did not know who MicMacMoe was...........it all makes perfect sense now :haha: Sweet deal. :biggthumpup: Can't wait to see what he has planned for that project.

Work has taken all MicMac's time. We have just restarted the project. It will be up and running this summer. More pics to come soon.

I do not care for the 90 deg bends in the exhaust. How is he connecting the ss. tube to the hull?

There will be a flat plate welded to it on the outside of the hull. (probably in the shape of flames)
