Thanks to Lou and all that made this thing happen. Had a great time loved the waves. Meeting everyone and putting name with faces was good to ,in some cases. Looking forward to next year or next ride, wherever there is water.

You were not there for the competition... I was the judge and I won.. WOW how did that work out. :clown:

Have you seen scottys paint... It is bad azz... It is the SXR that got a new body... http://www.x-h2o.com/showthread.php?t=38392

Yeah, I saw the thread. Its BAD! I didn't know about the contest. Will there be another one next year? I think you need more judges.:friday:

There wasn't really a competition. But I think there needs to be some more stuff going on next year. If this is going to be a freeride with sponsors and stuff then it needs to go over big. We need things like Slickest trick competition Fastest ski grudge matches Best paint competition. and a scheduled party cove run so that there are 40 or 50 standups idling into party cove all at the same time not groups of 10

Ok just my thoughts someone needs to start a ozarks improvement thread.

If we had the naked chicks, they would bring party cove to us!!

i think the fastest ski competition and the best freestyle would be cool............we could probably get some budweiser chicks to come down:)

I for one suggest this thread keep going (or get re-titled under "ideas for next year's Invasion") - Im sure some good ideas for next year will be produced from the discussion.

If we talk nice to the rangers and let them know what weekend the freeride is, they may do it for us :phone: Otherwise we may want to be cautious about taking mowing duties up on our own, might be some kind of 'protected' weeds or grass...(likely not)

IM pretty sure Chiggers are a protected species in Missouri, since they seem to be conveniently breeding, concentrating, and feeding them at the waters edge there.

If there isn't much riding you can just keep your ski in the water at the camp site and ride out of there, if you go just outside the camp grounds there is boat traffic around the corner.

No need to pack up and drive to PB2 to put in.

yeah, I think next year we will just all bring electric pit bikes, and ride those freely among the campground roads.

think of the fuel we will save!

From what I hear you may have trouble keeping and electric pit bike running.

You will need a helmet... I was told buy the drunk.. I mean park guy...

I did buy 3 electric pit bikes today. They just need some tender loving care... and maybe a battery but they are neet looking for $20 ... for all 3

LOL nothing beats yoyo's daughter coming back and saying how she got stopped by the camp host and saying she needed a helmet on the Louie's bike. That was classic.

they said they dont allow pit bikes, but the folks caped across from us, sure did brap that big honda cruiser an aweful lot ( straight pipes, and very cold natured) at about 7 am one morning.
