No loading websites pages

Ok so when i try going on a website it always telling me that i have been timed out this even happens on google the easiest web page to load, the wired thing about this is the X loads perfectly with no problems but everything else won't :rant:

Click "Start/Run", then paste this: "ipconfig /flushdns".

Hold the Windows key and hit R, then type in cmd and hit enter, that will get a command prompt.

I got it fixed i reset my router and had to input all the info again but now it works good. Thanks for the help guys.
