Internet explorer locks up

Been trying to get ahold of my IT guy here at work all day but he's out. I share my laptop at home with my wife. We both have our own user account with admin rights however internet explorer opens up fine for her but mine locks up when I open it on my account. I ran a virus scan last night and came up with nothing. I can't figure this one out.

If you're using IE7, go to control panel>>internet options>>advanced>>reset to default.
