manifold spacers/adapters

I have a stock Piston Port manifold that I want to run a Kehin 38 on. It will not fit because the holes on the carb are at an angle. Do you know anyone that makes adapters for this type of carb to fit a stock manifold?

No it was usually the other way around,mikuni on a Keihin manifold.
