Hey guys, Does any one on here do triathlons?
I had done some earlier in life and am now working toward my first sprint or olympic length this fall.
Just when you think you are in shape, this will kick your butt.
just woundered if anyone else uses this multisport for ski training?

picked up a Road Bike a month ago. Have not been able to ride until now cause of bum ankle..... Not into running, bad knee........ I was able to watch the Olympic Triathalon trials here in Tuscaloosa a few weeks back........ The leader came out of the swim about a minute or so ahead over everybody else, I figured there was no way for anybody to catch him, but the #2 and 3 guys worked together drafting on the bike portion and reeled him in..........

I will stick to MTB and Road Bikes for excersize.

I've done a couple triathlons in the past. They are a lot of fun. I should get myself in shape and do some more of them. Sjweber have you ever thought about doing one of the Xterra triathlons? They are a whole different experience.

I cought one on tv one day. looked like a blast. My ankles and knees are just getting up to road running and biking. A little more strength training and I may try one. I use to mountain bike a little. I like variety so mabe in the future.
