Does anyone have any jetting recommendations for a stock ski without choke plates and stock airbox without trumpets?
I am putting a primer on and need some jetting help.
Thanks guys,
John

Put the trumpets back in, or cover the existing side holes that you pulled the trumpets out of about 1/4 to 3/8 of the way up with duct tape.
Then ride.

What would be the point of removing the choke plates and trumpets if I am just going to restrict air flow. I would rather just rejet correctly if at all possible.
Thanks

I can see removing the choke plates and shafts to put in a primer. I tried removing the trumpets on 2 Kawi's based on some reading I did on Group K's site. The performance gain is miniscule, if indeed there is any at all, and not worth rejetting IMHO. This was on otherwise stock 750s, so maybe you'll have better luck with the SXR. If so, that's awesome.

you should not need to rejet, just adjusting the screws will do, try coming out 1/8 turn on the low speed to start.
