B1 Backflip

Not quite, but almost. This is Jerry Jones attempting a flip on my B1 I loaned him after his broke at the 2007 Pismo HT Surfslam. I think he picked a good wave, may have been a little early and forgot I had a trim lever to pull in. This landed in the front of the hood. It cracked the hood and sunk. I'm rebuilding the engine still and still need fiberglass repair!

wow that is definitely a sick pic!! now there is a video on the video thread of a guy doing a back flip but he isnt getting anny hieght like that. he seems to just get mad rotation, anyone know any details about him or what??
is the trim system the only way you will ever backflip the blast or what?

yes it has a trim....not super aggressive anybody ever done one in fla
