If you have made any purchases from Rob Assad JR aka x2chixrule or are considering doing so please beware! I made a purchase last week from him and at the time he seemed like a good guy, but he has failed to respond to any of my calls, pm's or emails. Apparently a bunch of people over at PWCtoday got taken also. There is a rather large post over there about this guy. A police report will be filed with his local Police Station and I will be encouraging others to do so also if money is not returned.

I along with many others have not received our parts or even an email. There are a few guys waiting on smaller parts and others waiting on motors.

Update: I received a phone call from him today and he has been at the hospital with his newborn baby. He is supposed to have the parts to me within the next couple days. If so I will be retracting my negative comments towards him. I will keep the thread updated.

Reason he wouldnt accept paypal is because his account is frozen. Still no word on parts or money..Claim ends in about a day. A few of us are getting together to file a police report if we dont get our money or parts.

Last year he was living in Assonet ,Mass when he ripped off a bunch of people .
I took a cruise by his house for some people just to verify .

This is the same tool that was parting out 500 jetskis a few years back. He lives in Mass. He still owes me $250.00 for the hull I never got.

I had posted a small updated...but for some reason it didn't show up. Only a couple of us got our money back before his account was dried up. His phone has since been disconnected and nobody can get ahold of him. There are still talks of getting a police report made, but some people were having issues doing so with it being an internet deal..not sure what that was. Either way the guy should be banned from all sites.

Hey guys I posted this on pwctoday but figured I would do it here as well, Got a call from him today, he says he is gonna send me money or a starter (had written it off so dont care either way) maybe you all will get a phone call as well... Don't really want to post up his number due to the amount of people he has pissed off, I think Rob got my number from the detective that I sent an email too a couple months back, If I ever get money or a starter I will send the dectective an email thanking him.

For those of you who have been scammed by Robert K Assad, either recently by his username X2chixrule or two years ago as jamminjetski when he was parting out 500 jetskis, the case has been sent to Detective Thomas Chace of the Fall River Police Dept. in Fall River, Ma. 508-324-2796 ext 250.

If you have been scammed out of money, send him an email informing him of what happened and how it happened to tchace@frpd.org or simply call him.
