If I had more money at the moment for parts, I would be there... plenty of time to do what I need to do, just no parts. I wish i could make it like I originally planned.

Rode two SJ's at work yesterday and the water's awsome, I'm ready for the ski to be done...
Wish i could ride ski's at work... that must suck huhhh billy...
Kennay, if you can make it down, like any freeride their will be tons of ski's out. In the past i'v never had to worrie about not being able to ride, you can alsways find someone thats not on a ski.

Yea, I'm sure someone would allow me to ride their ski, but I really hate to do that for more than a couple minutes. I hate borrowing other people's stuff.... if something were to break, I'd feel terrible, ect....
It's probably best that I save the funds and put it towards the build anyways. I know for sure I will make it down there before this coming riding season is over, even if it's not for this ride.

Man, there is still a race? I thought I read that the stop had been canceled for Myrtle Beach? If it's here again, I will go for sure. I had no idea last year, so I didn't go then.

I'm finishing tuning Mike's ski this week then I need to re-jet and re-tune the REV, decide if I want to install my trim system, then get some pump block offs and a remote fuel pump for it. Billy you still got any of those pumps and block offs in stock? I'll be busy up to the last minute between that and my las two weeks of classes :Eyecrazy::eek5:

got in a second ride of the year yesterday between the storms
my ski is running strong :bananapowerslide: (for a pumped up 650 . . . . )
loving the sponsons and the REvs

still kinda chilly here- but remember I ride Kerr Scott
which is filled by snowmelt from Boone and the Blue Ridge
probably low 60s

Hell ya, get that ski, no exceptions! Unfortunately, you'll have to pass the 650 SN to your son, as you'll never want to touch it again!
If you want to put that Gboro ski to a T bottom end w/ dual 38's, I'll give you a deal and you can come down to my new shop (2000 sq ft, in Concord) and we'll have it done in no time flat!

Guy on the phone said ski body is rough
but motor and mechanicals are A+
if it need refoaming I will sell or scrap the hull
besides, I am really liking the sponsons!

I mean I still like to ride SXR's, LOL... I can't wait to crack the first Coors Light, friday night after I set the motor home up its on... We are gonna have to keep the noise down after 11 but that don't mean we can't have a good time!!!!

I'm up at the crack of dawn, are you kidding, LOL. depends on the coors light consumed:bigok:!
If the suns out and the fires going good,, i'll jump on for a morning sesh. I'll just be dreading getting out of the water. But i'm gettting stoked, i'v only been able to ride one time this year, over easter, and i need to get more ride time in. i wouldent worrie about 8am, typically at these rides their are a few that are up waiting for the sunrise to ride legally.

Nice, Ed said he had some peeps comming. You gonna be there friday night?
Also I think the Office opens at 9 am so not sure on the 8 am thing. I'll talk to them and see if they will be there earlier.

When I reserved my site the lady said that I couldn't check in until 12:00pm at the earliest on Saturday, or else they would try to charge me for the night before, just FYI.
I doubt I would make it there much before noon anyways, but if I do I will probably just hang out, or put in the ski and ride until I can officially check in at noon and set up camp.
You can add me to the list too, not sure if anyone else is coming with me, but I'll be there solo if need be!

Anyone comming thru friday can stop by the shop for a 50 cent tour. If comming from 77 its on the way to the campground.
Also you can pickup the shirts at the shop.
