music jukebox

is there anyway we can have a jukebox where members can upload songs and they play in the order of upload? options to turn music on/off song title, uploaded by:, make it so we can't download them just have them play. i think it would be cool.

Honestly, it's a great idea. Have one song alloted to each member to upload with a five minute maximum and just shuffle the songs.
