Removing Stock Exaust

Whats the best way to remove the stock exaust pipe that runs through the hull- im refoaming and reinforcing and need to pull it out?

Just drill out the rivits and push it out the back end of the ski.....shouldn't be to hard-you might need to use a hammer and a board (so as not to harm the exhaust tube) and just tap it a few times.
