was wondering what couplers i need to use. got ready to put motor in and realized the drive shaft coupler and motor coupler are diffrent sizes thanks

its a JT750 it is a big pin

WOW, this is news to me.. I always thought the couplers were the same for all 650/750/800 motors.

Where'd you get that motor?

hel i haven't actually put it on the motor yet so it might not even be the right one. it was supposed to be though, i will try to check and see if it fits tonight

Big pin couplers are bigger where they thread on to the crank. I believe small pins were 18mm and big pins were 20mm.

BP & SP couplers at the crankshaft are the same. Driveshaft couplers do not fit on the crankshaft.

EDIT: I forgot one slightly important word in the above statement. BP & SP couplers at the crankshaft are NOT the same.

There are 2 different sizes for the crank side, but only one size for the dampener side.

There's an 18mm and 20mm crank shaft end.

this motor was torn a part when i got it and this coupler was laying beside it. he sad it was for this motor but i guess not. but i got one on the way thanks
