Bolding hyperlinks while mouseover

This is just personal opinion, so feel free to ignore or just take it as a suggestion.

I think the increased font size while hovering the mouse over links on the toolbar is ugly. I don't like how the font resize forces other menu items to shift to make room.

It would look cleaner if the link text simply changed color and optionally it could underline or strikethrough (which may be just a recent web fad).

It's part of the theme. I could change it I guess if it bothers you that much. Anyone else?

I really don't see that it affects the page that much, or am I missing something here?
