maybe not really a problem but I want to fix it.
when I open firefox it opens 2 tabs. one for google and one for myspace. I didn't set it up to do that and I don't want the second one to open. I'm a little worried that it's opening the second one for a malicious reason.

Go to Tools|Options|Main|When Firefox starts. Set it to "Show my home page" instead of "Show my windows and tabs from last time"

Fear not!!! Tabbed browsing is your friend!
Click on tools, options. Click on the 'Main' tab. Copy and paste what you have set as your homepage.
U can setup firefox to load 2 or more pages when it first starts. Look at what's set for your homepage. Does it look like this:
http://x-h2o.com/|http://myspace.com
See the '|' in the URL? That opens up 2 windows, 1 for x-h2o and 1 for myspace (in this case).

What you do is you setup your firefox exactly how you want it to look when it opens, and click 'Use current pages' right under the home page URL in the setup.

does firefox have an option to minimize to the tray??? I like this for work, so the boss doesn't see it in the taskbar
Maxthon is great for that...

no worries, I set it up to always minimize to the tray... that's how Maxthon works anyway...

That adds a button, a 'boss' button. After installing that addon, right click the button bar then hit Customize and you can drag the button wherever you want.
