Blaster Intake Grate

What's the recommended grate to run?

I have a SJ Riva Tri-loader that I can run but don't know if there's something better for Blasters like the Worx 201 are for SJ's.

for surf and free riding the riva is fine, for racing you will need the 201

Will the intake grates and ride plates off of a super jet work on a blaster? I just got a bone stock blaster and need these upgrades.

Just a surf/rec boat.... looks like the Riva it is until I can find another 201 cheap.

Yes, grates are the same on B1s. Ride plates differ.

i had a riva scoop grate on mine, however once i discovered the double scoop grate by watercross of texas, i never knew what hooking up in the surf could be..... works great in the surf almost never cavitates now. however it will take off a little top end, and it makes for a very short stop when you pull up on the beach in daytona..lol

Yes

the Squarenose grates will fit on the blasters. I don't know about the RN version though. I would guess they would since there hasn't been any hull changes up until this year.

I recommend the Worx205's. Mad hookup.
