FYI:Pole spring mod for a 550 (pic)

Not sure if anyone knows this but a 750 pole spring will fit a 550 pole and it works awesome. I had a 750 hull laying around, im parting it out and figured id try that spring on my 550 with an aluminum pole. The thing weighs o lbs now, just enough weight were it doesnt just bounce up on its own. I cant wait to try it out. btw my 550 had a spring before but it was pretty small and lost some "spring" to it.

NICE! I was trying to fit 2 springs in on my 550, but I can't get them to fit, trying to figure out how to re-attack it, but that is great news on the 750spring!

Im actually not sure, I got a great deal on it last summer on ebay, it was like 130 shipped I think. Its probably stock length tho, I have no idea what brand.

yea the pole spring on my 550 is weak sauce.


but better than nothing.

the only way 2 could work if you had the 2 different kind of springs.

i know my friend has a diff spring then i do.

Have you ridden with that pole on the ski yet? I would imagine that it is way too long.
