I realy didn't want to put this in the neg feedback section,but has anyone else had prblems with this seller? I won a auction back in Sept and I am just now getting my part supposedly next week,the bad part is there is nowhere else to get this specific part so what you gonna do?

She would usually combine shipping for me. Shipping was a little high but i got my parts in a week or two max.

What my #1 complaint out the her is that she will not EVER emil or message you back. I had some questions about other parts and they never responded. They are not one of my favorite sellers but like the part you are buying, I want one as well and you can't get them anywhere else. So what are you to do?

I've bought a few things awhile back. Parts were new and shipped decent.
I remember asking questions and she did not respond.

If you paid via paypal, don't let it get past the 45 days. I wouldn't let it get past 30 days. But seeing as how it was back in Sept. a little math says your already past the 45days, so cross your fingers... That is WAY to long to wait, 3 months to ship? Come on...

Mail fraud. No item sent. Said item was mailed/shipped by agreement to ebay when you sent money.

Let her know that your going to report her if she doesn't ship the item
giving her a chance to respond favorably
filing complaints with the USPS and your local DA's office

Worth a shot... It might not work because she never sent it, but its always worth a threat.

Yeah crunch time is right,I finally made reservations at the hotel yesterday so thats good,means I don't have to slep in my truck lol.Now all I need to do is finish the X2 ,fix the Mopar and make a bunch of footholds and trim covers to bring to Daytona.Should be a piece of cake.:no::laugh2:

it was the pjs rear exhaust kit that was made for a 550 he is using it for the x2 w/ the seadoo 720 in it

Thru hull exhaust install DONE,footwell refoaming DONE ,footwell reglassing DONE,rear caps filled and glassed DONE,rear rub rail mods DONE,seat recovering DONE,some heavy mods to nose underway as well as left sponson install and I am thinking about a Crab bottom mod,I will have to see what kind of time I have left after this batch of mods.I do still have to build an engine and tune it in so the fun continues.
