Removing rear trim on a blaster?

Can anyone explain to an idiot rookie on how to remove the rear trim on a 94 blaster?

I have not heard of it being removed.

I have heard of it being filled in, and the back being reinforced, but having it cut off.

wait.. the plastic trim on the back? cause if so thats easy.
