Cool....Sunday was epic! Even after sinking my boat and getting caught in a rip-tide...In the fog... where no one could see me! I was getting pounded by some huge waves for what seemed like an hour. When I finally hit shore I could barely walk.

But I got the boat drained out and fired up....Could not believe I rode for hours after that.

Good times.

what are you doin riding on a monday? sorry i couldnt hold up to that hard core call out on myspace. taylor called me in the morn and gave me crap about not riding on saturday too. my truck has been in the shop since thursday and wont be done till probably after wed. so if youre ever cruisin through my area to go ride and have room in your truck give me a call.

coung convinced me to ditch work and stay an extra day, this video was taken sat and sunday tho..
i never got any space.. were riding this weekend though. first time not camping in months!

I did! Your going to lose that camera if its only strapped on, I have seen it before. Rivet the mount directly to your helmet. I foam filled the 1.25 inch PVC and ductaped some tube foam on the PVC just incase it snapped off, that wave was 6-8 feet from a tug boat.

ur crazy! that pvc mount is awesome!
when i mean strapped down, i mean the braket is strapped with the short strap and then i use the long one around the camera 2x. ive hit painful faceplants without it moving so its pretty decent id say.
enzo got lucky on saturday, lost his ski in a huge wave and somehow it didnt ingest any water. too bad his good luck was made up for on sunday. that ski was floating tail up. first thing i see when i go out into the fog on sunday is bruce and enzo desperately hanging on getting pummeled. i did what i could but even idle speed was too fast for them to hang on to my ski.

i think thats the first time i had to bail on a re-entry. im glad someone saw it out in the fog like that.
the wave kicked me hard and threw me out in front of the wave nose first, i bailed over the bars faceplant. somehow grabbed my ski with my feet and saved it from getting rolled. i think it might have hit bottom.. brett looked shocked!

oh hey i sold my bike for sure im going to call and figure out when were meeting right now!! if you didnt know that equals (a needed) 2k into the SJ :D

anyone figure out how to get decent engine sounds out of these things? where's the mic?
