how to remove hood baffle

Does anyone have a clue on how to seperate the adhesive on the inside baffle of the sxr hood?? Wanna do a hood mod that requires its removal but dont really have much of a clue on how to remove it.Heat gun?pry bars/screwdrivers carefully of course.dieing to get started looking for a couple good tips first:popworm:

I saw it done, it involved a hammer, chisel and about 100 flying pieces, on a superjet.:bananalama:

uhh im pretty sure kx454 just cut out the rubber edging around the insert in the hood and it came out... he can tell you for sure but he glassed in a box with 2 rubber hoses for draining and the hood has shed alot of weight
