Hey guys..
I'm so sorry for not coming on here to explain whats going on with me.. I know I owe people parts and even quite a few owe me money for parts for months now. Anyways yes my pay-pal is shot.. yes my e-bay is gone.. yes my ex handled that very nicly for me by keeping my stuff that I had sold to you guys.. I lost everything, skis, tools, clothes, parts, pictures and even my riding buddy.... yes we did try and work it out and like a idiot I moved back here in Victorville from Havasu for her, sold all my skis, got a house about 1/4 mile away from "IT" and left more stuff over her house till I found a place. And got to find out why she was a EX !! (now she kept alot more stuff too!) anyways.. I'm not in a good place and thats all in my head.. A few weeks ago I thought I was coming around and Mr Happy go lucky was around again.. but as things turn out (going to court in the morning, fight with a very dear friend) I'm back in that same damn hole I was in after our break up... I did go to Pismo but couldnt stay for more than a day before I started getting pissy, I did hug, party, talk to Lisa so you know I wasn't myself !! hahaha J/K, too much in my head, i didn't even ride. I will be back but I can't say when.. right now I'm just trying keep what I have left, keep my friends and do what ever I can to find happyness..

I think this may be a true statement on a personal level, but it is a very weak justification for straight out taking someone's money. I would not feel right about myself doing that and I know he knew about his issues (and the problems he was facing) before he sold his last lot of parts.

Anyway, whatever, I just don't like my friends getting ripped...and just because he is friends to some people on this board, somehow taking money without delivering what was promised is somehow...justified? (because of his personal issues of course).

If he was a stranger doing this on the board he would be torched and his personal information tracked down and posted for all to see.

There really isn't a reason to explain this stuff on the boards but screw it if it makes YOU feel better here you go !
1. I HAVE NO MONEY !!! I ruined my credit to save up to get the "F" out of that relationship and move to Havasu (so even you can understand) I stoped paying my credit card bills.
2. I HAVE NO SKIS.. I sold them to make a last try with her and move back here to Victorville ! as soon as I sold everything to move again and she knew I was at the bottom she started her crap again, plus ALOT more ! (yes I'm a idiot)
3. When I moved back I stored more stuff at her house untill I got my keys to my house..Thats when she stole MORE stuff and some of it was sold on here..
4. I had a great job here but her or one of her friends are better friends with the owner than I was !
I'm unimployed now and I have a following of bad mouthing P.O.S all over town to try and make me look bad to not believe what SHE did ! construction sucks at this time..
5. my unemployment is on hold again for another 5 weeks thanks to a investigation that her,her friends reported me for.. I wont get a check till Jan.
6. I have been going to court seems like every 2 weeks since august fighting her on retraining orders, assult charges,harrasment, small claims, etc... yes she made it up but its still that fact that i have to go through it and see the judge and be there for it to get thrown out..
7. Right now I'm on the egde of loosing my house,truck and pretty much my life..
8. Sad to say, I pray every day for the worst to happen to her and her familey for what they have done to me to save face of there daughter/mom.. fact is.. Teresa Hyatt I feel is still a whore (paid escort is the true name), a proved lier on her moms life, thief and a all around POS.. she walked with $118.000.00 of stuff we bought together, $54,000.00 in retirement.. I got $10,000.00 worth of skis which she is fighting me for the money i got when I sold them !!!

Flat water.. hit up oxnard111 he was the last owner of that ski.. I talked to him about this and he said he will get a duplicate title for you..

I guess I should say.. Yes things are very hard right now and I'm going through tough times, I may not have a ski to ride or very much food in my fridge but I have met someone that makes it all worth while and she doesn't care what I have/or lost ! She knows I will be back on my feet soon !
