tested my new motor today

ive just finshed putting a new motor into my x2 on thursday. ported 750 small pin cases, v force2 reeds, duel 40mm kehins, weisco forged pistons, new sxr 800 cylinder , sxr head(175psi) and a 650 fpp mariner water box. man this engine rips you really have to hang on to it now you can feeling it streching your arms. some friends that race had there radar gun at the lake this morn so i thought id see how fast it is up top and mangaed to get a 52.8 mph .
just some very minor jetting tweaks down low and im all set for summer :Banane01::Banane01:

id guess yours would be pretty close to that as well wad , i love the 800 cylinder im thinking about getting another cylinder for my other x2 now

What pump & prop you running?

hey there scorn no i dont have the rpm numbers from it i have to get my tiny tach back off a friend and tryand find out . the pump is a 750 6 vein magnum pump with a 13/18 scat sxr big hub impeller .

The mag pumps put a lot of load on the motor but it sounds like you have it proped right. What exit nozzle size you using?
I have a wet piped sxr with 9/17 with tbm cone & 80mm nozzle pulling 7200
with the stock prop, wet wolf stubby cone, & 78mm nozzle was pulling 7280.

im useing a old pjs quick steer nozzel set up ont my x2 scorn i use a tape measure for a quick messure and it looks like a 84mm nozzel . im useing a short tail cone i machined up myself like a wet wolf one .
im just useing the standard 650 elecs at the moment with a lightend 650 flywheel so not sure wot rmp im pulling , ill put a my tiny tach on and find out for you on wednesday

Im running something similar and might change to a wet pipe.
