I dont think a cruiser wake is gona supply the lip needed for a Backflip.... even on a SJ, unless it has trim.

You can do it on a cruiser I'm sure! Seen people land on there backs not even trying. I'm sure with a little trim and a big enough wake you could. Probably have to hit the first wave right off the back of the boat so the whitewash ******** will push you around a little bit.

BTW I'm super jealous about the cruiser wake. The lake I live on usually has a constant 30-40-50 footers you could hit but this year was a ghost town.

I've easily landed on my back, almost head, off of a cruiser wake. NOT TRYING to do a backflip. I'm sure you could get your nose in. 3/4 of around.

yes, A must have mod. Just make your own it should cost less than 10 bucks, unless you go the rathet strap route.

Some people use rathet straps to keep the hood on real well, instead the hood latch. They put hydro turf on the hood to keep it from scrathing it.

But most people use just regular straps. (dont have any pics of my ski--borrowed the pic from gallery)

Blowsion sells the kit if you dont want the trouble finding all the parts.

You need some nylon strap, buckles, bolts & washers, BEER,
its real simple job.
